Actionable and memorable keynotes

Our clients sometimes gather their teams just for our keynote. More often, our keynotes sit within a wider corporate event or roadshow. In these instances, our role is to help fuse uplifting life-enhancing messaging with wider corporate messaging.

The overall thread running through our keynotes is how to experience increased personal agency resulting in greater optimism, ownership, resilience, and connection. Essentially, involving letting go of old habits to embrace new ways of thinking and behaving.

We look to win over hearts and minds very quickly by ensuring our communication is humble, personable, inclusive and completely relevant to the everyday situations being faced by any given group.

Through regular associations to life outside of work we create a powerful experience that the principles and skills being explored are not only relevant to how you interact with your customers, colleagues and stakeholders. But relate equally outside of work when interacting with family members, friends and acquaintances.

Our events are interactive, enjoyable and feel personally uplifting/rewarding. Providing a shared experience that triggers greater feelings of connection, community, optimism and safety. Helping to reinforce everyone’s experience of being truly valued and supported by their organisation.

It is important that every keynote feels live and spontaneous with our audience experiencing they are influencing the narrative as it unfolds. Not just a well-practised “set piece” being rinsed and repeated. This is what we are told sets our keynotes apart from the vast majority.

To facilitate this, in addition to thorough briefing and preparing, we often attend your entire conference leading up to and beyond our keynote. Continually nuancing and fine tuning our keynote right up to the point of delivery based on the ideas and live reactions being expressed throughout your conference.

What Our Clients Say About Us

“Your speech was absolutely fantastic and by far the best keynote I have booked for our conference. I have been looking through the delegate feedback forms, and everyone has rated your speech as excellent.

Thank you so much for taking the time to spend the day with us and I hope you enjoyed it. I know already that at least one franchisor will be looking to book you as a speaker so I will pass on your details to them.”

The Best Franchise Conference, Sharon Weston

“Enthuse has changed my way of thinking like no previous development has done.  It’s so amazing and has helped improve the performance of my team and the investment itself has shown how important I am too!”

Centrica - Siobhan O’Neill Kerr – Customer Delivery Manager Sales

“… it has allowed managers to start thinking differently about how we lead and really understand the impact we have on our people and future business performance, no longer about managing a task but more about leading our people.

I’ve been on many leadership courses but to this day the Enthuse led sessions were by far the most memorable and relatable to both home and work. Genuinely, nothing comes close to how you in particular deliver those sessions.”

British Gas -Jas Singh

“The programme has been a huge success, feeding a significant uplift in our NPS results and supported some personal bests in our commercial results. It’s been a collective effort and could not have been done without you. We really appreciate your personal contribution, energy and enthusiasm through the last few months.

Many thanks again. We look forward to an opportunity to work with you again in the future.”

RSA - Mark Skinner - Head of HR UK Claims

“Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you to you and Woody. The event was a huge success, everybody loved Woody’s talk. The party after also had a great vibe and I think the mood that Woody left us in played a big part in that.

Woody’s made a huge impact on the team and the feedback has been really great. People spoke to me on the day, in the evening and as well as since then saying how much they enjoyed it and how they felt they took things from it that would have an impact on multiple parts of their lives.”

Centrica Resourcing Team, Martha Ingleby, Resourcing Systems Manager

“Thanks so much for coming along to our event on Tuesday. Your talk was just brilliant and a perfect tone for the day. I’ve had so much positive feedback from people sending me messages to people catching me at the end of the day to say how brilliant they thought you were… and that they wished their other half/kids could have seen it too.  You’ve really made an impact on people.”

Cancer Research UK, Louise Donnelly, Learning and Development Advisor, Volunteer Fundraising

“Thank you so much for Woody’s attendance at both my away days in Glasgow and Birmingham this month. There has been overwhelming positive feedback for the sessions and I have seen a marked difference in people’s attitudes since, even seeing some people smile in the office for the first time!

I expect that you will have received many requests on Linked In from my team. Thank you again for the wonderful gift that you give to those who are fortunate to meet you.”

Network Rail, Fiona Tiley, Head of Design

“Wow – you guys were brilliant – thank you!  You have very much inspired a whole division. There has already been a lot of ‘blowing on keys’ and ‘above the line language’ in use.

On behalf of Elsa and the whole Customer Division, I would like to thank for your time, energy, presentation and your warm embracing personalities at our conference over the last 2 days.  It has been a real pleasure for us to be ‘Enthused’ and I know that we are all taking away some very useful life hacks that are relevant to our whole life and not just work.”

Cityfibre, Ella Pickard - Executive Assistant

“I thought I would send a Thank You message, I attended a session of yours back in 2019 and when I saw the invite for this session. I was instantly excited to attend again. I am so glad for a refresher session as working from home brings so many new stresses and complications in life. Your sessions are so uplifting and life changing, I really value the time and efforts put into them and thank the both of you as it clearly does have a positive effect on us.”

HSBC, Cherie Davies, Senior Advisor & Employee Development Officer, Financial Support Team

“Thank you so much for your wonderful session last Wednesday. Our team were buzzing all evening and throughout the next day. I’m sure, like me, everyone was talking to their partners and friends about it when they got home and so the ripples of positivity kept spreading…”

Earthwatch Europe, Steve Andrews, CEO

“On behalf of the team at Morrinson Wealth I wanted to say a quick thank you again for presentation to the team on Friday. The team left buoyed by your positivity and reflections on the power of a positive outlook and mindset. I look forward to reporting back on how our whinge free weeks progress and hope to be able to bring you back in again in the future.”
