We are a father and son team helping organisations generate improvements in engagement, collaboration and optimism. The relatability and humour of our messaging allows us to facilitate enjoyable yet deeply moving interventions which apply to life both in and out of work.

We often hear how people may feel burnt-out, or that interactions are seeming flatter and increasingly transactional.  These trends have significantly grown since the pandemic and our shift to more remote and hybrid working.

We tackle this by nurturing people’s desire to experience more meaningful connections with all the people in their lives. From their manager to their partner, from their customer to their neighbour, from their team member to their in-laws… everyone!
